B Pitt Performance is for people who want to grow but are tired of guessing and doing it alone. You want a plan, real coaching, and something that actually works long term.

We help adults and youth build strength, improve performance, and stay consistent without overcomplicating the process. Training here is also about mental health—clearing your mind, building confidence, and having something that grounds you and keeps you coming back.

OUR APPROACH
Training doesn’t need to be complicated to work.

Everything we do is built on:

  • Structure – Every part of each session is planned with a purpose, including warm-ups, strength work, and conditioning so you’re progressing in multiple areas -not just “working out”
  • Coaching – With our smaller sized classes you're guided, corrected, supported, and held accountable
  • Consistency – Results come from showing up, not just signing up. Progress happens when you continue to show up over time
  • Mental Health – Training is a tool to reduce stress, build confidence, and create routine
  • Community – A small group environment where people know each other, support each other, and grow together
  • Kaizen (Continuous Improvement) – Small, consistent progress over time. We value getting better week by week - not chasing quick fixes

MEET OUR HEAD COACH

Coach Britt built B Pitt Performance from experience - not just as a coach, but as someone who’s lived both sides of it.

I’m a competitive athlete now, but I didn’t start that way. I’ve been in a place where I felt stuck, overweight, and without structure or direction. I know how frustrating that can be—and how hard it is to figure it out on your own.

That’s why I coach the way I do. People don’t need more complicated programs or someone yelling in their face, they need structure, guidance, and consistency. They need someone who can relate, hold them accountable, and coach them at their level.

Mental health is a huge part of this. Training became more than just physical for me—it became an outlet, a routine, and a way to build confidence and clarity.

That’s what I want for the people I work with.


OUR SERVICES
Group Training – Monthly & Annual Options

Large group classes can feel overwhelming - for clients and even coaches. As someone who understands that firsthand, we’ve built our training to be different.

Our sessions are intentionally kept small so you get focused attention and never feel lost in the crowd.

Train 3 days per week (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday) with structured workouts designed to build strength, improve conditioning, and create long-term progress.

We also offer make-up classes on Wednesday and Friday at 8 AM, along with specialty classes like Performance Burn (HIIT), Glute & Core, and Performance Play to add variety and create a more well-rounded training experience.

Nutrition Coaching
Personalized nutrition guidance built around your goals, lifestyle, and schedule.  You’ll get a clear plan, ongoing support, and accountability every step of the way.


Online Coaching
Custom workouts delivered through an easy-to-use app, with detailed instructions, demo videos, and exercise substitutions so you can stay consistent without overthinking it.


Youth Training & Camps
Structured training designed to help young athletes build strength, speed, coordination, and confidence.

Our programs create a positive environment where kids develop physically while also learning discipline, focus, and consistency.


Day Pass
Drop in for a single group training session. Perfect for trying a class or training while visiting.


10 Class Pack
Train on your schedule with 10 group sessions to use anytime. A flexible option if you’re not ready for a monthly plan.
